I require a non refundable deposit in order to secure your booking. This will be taken off the final payment on the day. Deposits are non-refundable & non transferable.

I require at least 48 hours notice of cancellation of appointment. Any late cancellations will be required to pay 50% of the treatment cost. No shows are required to pay the full treatment cost.

Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. If you are early / late please message me, if I am free early I will take you through as soon as I can.

Depending on how late you are going to be I may not be able to carry out your treatment, if this is the case the full treatment cost will still need to be paid.
